Finaly we have being called for an interview with my common law partner what should we expect, what do we need to know pls help.

You will have to be a little more specific about your situation, your timelines, how you submitted your application ie; inland or outland, when and where. Is this an interview following a file transfer inland or an interview following the submission of an outland application. Have you been told why you are having an interview and what you need to bring? Fill us in a little.

my qustion is what to expect during the interviw. common law application
submited sept 20th 2012

interview for 5th february 2013, to proof the relationship. so my common law partner can sponser myself and my two kids 14year old and 17 year old.
our initial refugee claim was denied , we appealed denied but didnt here anything else from immigration yet.but we quickly submitted our common law application in september.
I lived with my common law partner since Jan 2010 till current, and submitted all proffe of our living relationship together.

I had the same question when I started with this forum. You must have posted at least 10 times before it will allow you to update those fields or send private messages.

Keep posting and soon you will have full access to the system.
