"separate file" for employment letter

the instruction for the employment record submission in e-APR says "You must create a separate file for each period of employment." does it mean that I cannot have the same letter from the same employer listing all the periods together (i.e. submitting identical letter for all the slots), but I have to get separate letters from the same employer only referring to each of the periods? The reason I have three different periods of employment is because I had a different job title for some of my employment period, even though that falls under the NOC.

You can upload the same letter in different placeholders.

The proper approach though would've been to have a single entry. Job titles are irrelevant, if your NOC remained the same then there was no need to create several entries.

Thanks! But I don't see how a single entry would work in this case, since there is a column for "Job Title" in the "work history" section? That's why i had to create three entries...

Which goes back to what I said, job titles are irrelevant.

Stating your current position would've been sufficient.

Dear Expert,

But what will be the case if I worked for 2 different times maintaining the same NOC? My job period was from 2012-2013, and then again from November 2016 to present?

You need two entries in this case as your work experience isn't continuous.

If your reference letter states both time periods then you can upload such letter for both entries.
