I tell u all.
Ielts is not requirment of CIC. Its requirment of College/ Unversity.
In Uni/ clg if required Ielts so he would not give admission evere with out ielts.
Some Uni/Clgs Giving admission without ielts. Because When An student obtained Admission it also invite preparatory Program(Enlish Lanaguage) With program.
So I got Admission From seneca With out ielts. With Accounting program.
VIsa depended on your Strong File.
And according to CIC.
If Cic decisded that he would not give you visa.
Any File Any ielts Any things Nothing before them.
But Now ielts is not big issue.

exactly, however seneca has its own exams (they are not diffiucult) and if you do them well, you can skip the preparatory program.
