SEP 2019 TRV from India time line

Actually I don't know exactly when. I only noticed the change in eligibility status yesterday but it could have easily been immediately after my mother got her Biometrics done. I just didn't pay any attention to it.
As you see in the status, the eligibility evaluation is still under process; for me, it was the Biometric correspondence letter that was a somewhat significant update in the status.

Where do we find that eligibility evaluation

Applied Online : 16th Sep
Biometrics Completed: 18th Sep

Now the status is,"your application is in process. we will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility"

Application from India. Still the same status: "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility."

Biometrics Completed: 19th Sep

Congratulations! For the benefit of others can you let us know what you submitted along with your application to prove that the applicant will leave Canada in time?

And also, how the applicant will fund the stay in Canada?

I have mentioned in my notarised invitation letter that she will leave Canada within 6 months and taken all her responsibility.

I also have submitted CA certified movable and immovable property report and property valuer report.

From our side:

Bank balance portfolio
Notice of assessment
Job offer letters
Last pay slips of both of us
Driving licence
PR cards

17 Sep online application for my mother.
Today biometrics got updated.

• I had initially submitted only a return flight ticket to prove that she will return India after her visit.
• I had also submitted a letter of invitation in which I had vowed that I will ensure that she does not overstay (but this was not notarized). But letter did say that I will support for everything and had my employment letter, payslips, bank acct statements.
• Apart from this I had also submitted FDs and bank balance in her name (~20k CAD)

But after reading the responses and rejections above, I submitted a CSE today to write to them that she has:

• a flat in her name in india (attached only the sale deed of the year 1996, not sure if this even helps) and
• other close relatives (daughter, brother, sister) and their families......IMM5645e to support the same

I think that I should start mentally preparing myself to re-submit the application post the decision being made.
