My wife and I applied back in February 2021 and still have not received an AOR, what shall I do next? How do I contact them?

Is anyone else waiting as well who applied at the same period?

AOR process for online applications is slower significantly in comparison to paper applications. You should still wait. Don’t worry.

Just to clarify, when you say they have sent AORS until Jan 8th, what does that mean? does that mean up that date when people applied?

Yes. Going by what's been shared in these forums, it seems like online applicants for January submissions are slowly getting their AORs. Last one who posted about received their AOR, was a Jan 8th applicant.

Processing slowed due to Covid. I had heard that IRCC diverted most of their staff to process spousal sponsorships on priority. Paper applications for citizenship are getting their AORs faster, but processing time is probably going to be the same. Except for the 500 odd applicants from Dec, who got lucky and were selected for priority processing. Those 500 applicants had been selected to test their new online system.
