Indeed, two of my college students got rejected after sending multiple webforms.
They only send automatic responses. That’s it.IRCC ignores webforms with no documents attached. Plus, they hate answering questions about when the processing going to be finished. Or what is the current stage of your application.
If your institution is on approved list, send your inquiry with enrollment verification. That way it would be a greater guarantee that IRCC will get back to you

I would argue. All responses I received were non-generic and was talking about my specific case.They only send automatic responses. That’s it.
