Hi Seniors/Experience,

Could anyone please take a final look at my duties for NOC 6221 before my manager approves it to be included in my reference letter today.

1. Works in collaboration with Account Executives to determine customers' need and requirements.
2. Works extensively across the organization including the company's product development and support the organization to pull customers' proposals together.
3. Initiates/Prepares associated forms (i.e Service orders, change requests) for respective sales activities.
4. Maintains ownership of specified customer reporting and participates in the development of regular status reports.
5. Analyzes customers' needs and provides innovative solution.
6. Responsible for the efficient administration of sales activities with respective customers.
7. Participates in meetings and development of deliverables (reports, presentations, spreadsheet etc.) as required.
8. Participates in the development of customers proposals.
9. Works with Account Executives and marketing department to promote sale to existing customers.
10. Works with team leads and other departments across the organization to estimate cost of installing and maintaining existing client's services.
11. Prepares and manage sale contract.
12. Carryout market research to identify potential clients.

Also, is it necessary that i include the NOC Code in the reference letter? Your suggestions are welcome and will be appreciated. Thank you! Thank you!!

Match your duties and atleast 80% your duties should match.

Main duties

Hi,
I agree with capil1971, but please when writing your NOC duties don't use 'copy and paste' from HRDSC website. Use different warding and sentences.

Well, i think four to five of my duties matches with the NOC Code and other duties are similar. Is that enough? Could that be a problem?
