Hello to all. I hope all are doing well. I want to know that can i make an affidavit in which i mention that my father is giving me amount as gift deeds to pay my educational and living expenses while study in canada. Also the money will be in my father's account so it is possible?

Seems unnecessary.
Your father should provide you his bank statements and a letter of financial support. See the paper based instructions for your country they usually contain details of requirements.

If you want to make affidavit then let your father swear an affidavit of support in addition to the financial support letter. Deed of gift is not needed he's your father.
