Thank you for your response.

Basically, she was refused for not having strong ties + no genuine reason to visit Canada + lack of finances.... which are all the classic reasons for refusal.

no genuine reason to visit Canada what must be the genuine reason could you please elaborate it more, lack of finances now her uncle her father both showing her travel sponsor.

By all means, she must submit the necessary host documents (Invitation Letter, copies of her uncle's passport, his bank statement, NOA, etc etc + proofs that she is related to him).... however, she MUST prove that she has her own finances + strong ties to her home country.

All necessary documents are now she is submitting like Invitation Letter, copies of her uncle's passport, his bank statement, NOA proofs that she is related to him currently she showing his birth certificate what else she have to submit that proofs her relation with him. Currently she has no own finances except the joint account with her father and mother.

If she is employed then does she not have her own finances without her dad supporting her financially for her visit?

Currently not because her salary is not enough she get Rs.35000 per month and have no saving because she have not any personal bank account and the job which she is doing they give her a cheque and she simply cash out the amount.

Also, a sworn affidavit stating she had no knowledge whatsoever that the travel agent whom she had authorized had given incorrect information about her employment situation..... it is a genuine oversight on her part to have not checked the previous TRV application + all documents and information stated in her current TRV application are true

In which formate she have to submit that evidence did notary public will do it for her ?

Waiting for your response

Thank You

*Genuine reason to visit* means having a well-defined purpose of why someone wants to visit Canada (tourism, meeting friends and family, etc)

The documents provided by her uncle are good to apply as the Host. Nothing to add to this.

She is employed..... has a contract/bond.... but salary is paid as cash.... she does not have a sole personal bank account.... and she is dependent on her dad for financial support for this visit. All this does not add up to look convincing to the visa officer.

To complicate matters, she had declared she was unemployed when she applied the previous time (although the immigration consultant is to be blamed for this).

She must correct her employment situation before she reapplies ie her employer must pay her through bank transfers/cheques (no cash payments) + prove she was genuinely employed well before her previous TRV application (not just the employment letter) + salary slips for 12 months + other suggestions in my previous post.

IMHO she still continues to have a low chance of getting a TRV. I think she must not apply at this point of time

Cheers
