Senior Members URGENT HELP. Rejection 2 times TRV Abu Dhani Embassy

Senior Members, I need your help please.

I have received rejection letter for my Temprorary Residence Visa two times. My 1st rejection for TRV was dated on 02 Aug 2012 with the following purposes:

1- Travel History 2- Purpose of visit.

After one and half year, when I felt that my circumstances have significantly changed, I have applied again on 25 Jan 2014. This time when I applied I have travel history for the following countries:
1-United State of America
2-Qatar
3-Bahrain
4-Kuwait
5-schengen visa

Moreover, my purpose of visit is to visit my Canadian friend,where I attached her Invitation letter in the application.

On 04 Feb 2014 I have received my 2nd rejection letter for the same purposes of the 1st rejection( Travel History, Purpose of visit and this time they added something related to employment).

I don’t think my application was accurately assessed this time although I have attached cover letter and explained my strong ties and employment in Dubai.

I am really confused and upset at the same time for my 2nd rejection. I have been legally resident in UAE for the last 10 years, working and residing with all my family members. I am receiving steady income. Why would I get rejection after one and half year for the same reasons? I have been dreaming to visit Canada and got very excited when my friend sent me invitation letter.

If I want to apply for the 3rd time, my purpose of visit is the same, is to visit my Canadian friend. I don’t know how to convince the visa officer that I am working with my employer since 2009 until present. I have attached the following documents when I applied in VFS

3 cars registrations under my name
Employments contract since 2009 until present- same employer
Salary certificate with total monthly salary AED 33,000
Leave Certificate from my employer
Trade license where I have share in Dubai Based company.
Invitation letter from my Canadian friend
My 8 family members residence visa in Dubai
3 title deeds under my name in home country
Bank Statement for the last 6 months- with balance of AED 35,000
My apartment contract
Copies of previous US& Shengen Visa

Any suggestion? Did I miss any thing? May be they are looking for ticket& Hotel reservation?
I have applied in VFS in Abu Dhabi and gave my biometric data. I am planning to re apply again online next week. I wounder how would I give the biometric data again if I apply via online?

2- What are my chances of getting approval for the 3rd time? I am planning to send the same letter or email to the ambassador and Head of Visa of officer. Is there any chance of re evaluating my 3rd application more fairly rather than just rejecting me based on my nationality!

and did u apply alone or with family?

Nationality Iranian.
1st time in 2012 I applied with 4 family members.
2nd time in 2014 I applied alone.

Hi,

My experience was I had forgotten to input my temporary jobs I had for around 3 years to 7 years time, at the first extension of my visitor visa in year 2013. The second time I applied for my extension this year, I included an apology letter and my extension was approved.

May I ask were there any detailed reason why the Visa Officer refused your application?

there are no reason except:
1- Travel history
2- Purpose of visit.

those two routine rejection letters when the VO want to reject you and there is nothing much you can improve or change in your second application.

Do you think if I apply by online rather than VFS my application will be processed in Ottawa rather than the country where I am applying in UAE?

I believe your main issue is that you are living in a country where you have temporary status only - not permanent status. This makes it more difficult to prove that you have strong ties (since your temporary status in that country could technically end at any time).

Scylla, I dont have temproary status in the country where I applied in. My status is that legally RESIDENT and employed since 10 years. also I would like to add that we dont have embassy of canada in my home country since its temp closed. All my nationals are applying either from Turkey or UAE

I am preparing 3rd application with below supporting documents:

 Invitation Letter- Purpose of visit
 Employment contract- Since 2010 to Present
 2 Salary Certificates since I am working in two companies with the same employer (I have two separate salaries reflecting in my bank statement monthly).
 Employer letter
 Previous issued visa US, Sgengen- to show travel history
 4 copies of Family residencies - Family tie in country of residence.
 3 title deed of owned properties- ties in home country and financial assets
 Trade license- which reflect my name as Manager in the license.
 2 power of attorney from my employer authorizing me to fully manage his two companies.
 Purchased ticket with receipt
 Bank Statement

If I get rejected this time, I would leave it to you guys to give me the real reason of rejection which is some how very obvious

Two questions: What's the length of your trip and what have you said is the purpose?

Include a cover letter telling them that they incorrectly assessed your previous applications.

Be sure to say outright that you cannot be rejected due to a travel history because you have demonstrated that you can be granted a visa to highly desirable places like USA and EU without overstaying. You can mention the other rejections points as well and explain that they are not valid reasons for the rejection. In fact I would go through every possible rejection point in the standard tick box form and tell them that they can't reject the visa application based on the evidence supplied (assuming of course you provide the evidence).

Before you apply again wait until you have all your GCMS notes which could give you a better idea of reasons for refusal. There are lots of threads on forum with instructions on how to order them.

scylla, my purpose of travel is to visit my Canadian friend who I knew her since 10 years, studied togather and worked togather.
purposed visit was 10 days.

Pippin, trust me no use of ordering GCM notes. I have ordered them two years ago for my 1st rejection, they have made a comments about my family members when I applied with them 4 of us.

This time I have applied alone. Still they gave me same reasons of rejections. You don't know whats on the Visa Officer head.
