Sending sensitive information via webform

If anyone sends sensitive content via webform, what can she do to undo that?
One of my friends mistakenly sent IRCC some confidential documents while sending an offer letter to defer her admission session.
Is there any way to undo that?

no way. Its already gone to their team. there are agents who reply to those webforms so they will see those docs.

So she doesn't have anything to do now, right? Even if the result comes worse because of that alone.
And IRCC does not avoid or overlook any documents sent by webform, is that correct?

Better raise a webform mention that a file has been wrongly attached indicating dates and times with application number to overlook the docs in place of desired documents. It is better to inform the actual cause of mistakes.

so it first goes to their call centre or back office team. They then sort the enquiries and forward them to the concerned dept. When they forward it to the concerned dept they will reply to you saying that they have forwarded it. You should send the 2nd webform immediately so they can stop it from being forwarded.
