When you send the webform, don't write anything in that online form. Attached a letter in MS Word which the agents will then forward to the visa office. You should also email the clinic and get a confirmation that the test was completed on so and so date and they forwarded it on so and so date...

Why didn't you go for a post-graduate diploma or Master's program? With so much work experience, why would you go for a diploma when better options are available. you should definitely get the GCMS notes. helped me a lot.

I have cousin who have applied for PR and its all online. They are getting regular updates so I think the visa officers are working remotely. I don't think they will all be on vacation.

The high commission office is closed but officers are working on applications remotely.

yes, you can. I ordered mine after my application was refused. not sure if they add notes during the process or once they make the final decision. You can still order.

No, don't do that. You have to meet all the conditions so the visa officer can make a decision. What are the conditions on your LOA?

It looks like they send this reply to everybody who submits a webform enquiry. I had received the same when I was following up on my first study permit application. a few weeks later, my application was refused.

Since you are in UAE and cant get permanent residence there so the visa officer is thinking that you are taking the route of a study permit to immigrate to Canada. Did you show any personal funds or funds from your parents? You cannot completely depend on your aunt for your living expenses.
