Sending documents to WES from JNTU Hyderabad

Hello All, I am 2007 passed out batch from Grief affiliated to jntuh.

Have submitted online request for transcripts along with Wes form.

Status in online portal says as printing, so shall I go and collect now or should status change to something else?

In very short let me tell you what I have done after going through all the comments.

- Logged into JNTUH student portal
https://studentservices.jntuh.ac.in/oss/
- Registered with my details.
- According to WES, if your have done M.Tech, B.Tech degree's are not required.
- Select all the documents and selected by Post to WES Canada/USA.
- I got a message saying please submit required documents for WES to JNTUH Exam branch. I understood they are asking for ARR which is not required.
- Asked my friend to travel to JNTU campus and talk to them, but they were not ready to listen. I Spoke to them and said them, its clearly written on website ARR might help you in getting your documents quick and why would WES want my college principal signature when university is sending documents with stamp and WES number. Please send my documents to WES with my reference number. He agreed on it.

I think this is just process by JNTU-H, and website also says clearly about ARR. Talk to them and ask them to send my transcripts that's good enough.
Still my status shows printing as it was just Friday that I spoke to them.

So you can directly select By Post and Wes address along with WES number that should work.

Hi All,

I have graduated from JNTUH in the year 2007, and I've sent the required documents to WES Canada for ECA, but when I logged in to WES portal it says that they are awaiting verification from JNTUH, whereas my masters have been verified and accepted which is from the UK. I have even sent an email and tried calling but no luck in reaching them. Please advise how this can be resolved.

Reason: WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution and is waiting for their response.

Just like you my Collage is also Affiliated to JNTUH so do i need to Enter JNTUH or Just the Collage Name as below and also if Certificate Part should match my provisional certificate, please advise. Since i'm stuck here with confusion i haven't even completed WES profile to get Reference Number but one i get this over with i'll reach out to you for further guidance...Thanks in Advance.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
Just want to check have you sent your transcripts to WES? ( i mean did the JNTUH sent your transcripts)
How many days they took and did they came aback again regarding the WES application as well?
If they sent do they confirm and send us any tracking number as well?
And can you also share in online what all trascripts you have selected and how they will add WES reference number on the envelop as well.

The online portal when I applied for transcripts took more than 1 month to print the transcripts, I gave up and asked a friend to go to jntuh counter.

I have sent from JNTU post office any estimate on how long it would take to reach?

1. Get your transcripts
2. In jntu post office...you’ll get a form(CN23 form) on which you will be writing the from and to address. Get it attested with the registrar stamp (you can get it done if you go to counter 3)
3.paste it on the envelope
4. Write your WES reference number on the transcripts envelope
5. Go back to post office and send it (go before 1:30 PM to send your post)
6. It’ll take some 5-6 days to reach Toronto. I just checked mine today in WES website..the documents are been received by WES


No need of ARF form

What are the required documents to be sent to WES? To apply transcripts only CMM and provisional is shown but dont we need to send OD transcript as well?

Steps:

(1) On Wes, Arr form get the principal sign and stamp by filling all details correctly,or else JntuH will reject and ask you to get it signed again.
(2) Take Wes Arr form to jntuH examination branch .First thing to do take transcripts from xerox shop fill it with proper details like list of Docs, U need to write month and year of semister and even supply also. U will get Transcripts of semister,Provisional crtificate, CMM. SO take challans from near bank for 40/- each and mention in transcripts form and submit at examination branch.
(3) The new rule at Jntuh is take attestaion of Arr from also. For that u need to take another challan at bank for 100/-. Submit at counter,for which they will attest and give u back after 2 days.Be careful they will reject it if you write any single mistake in Arr form.
(4) U can collect the trancripts on same day of paying challans from 3 to 4 p.m
(5) On days of collecting Arr form,check it is approved or not.So keep it in transcripts envelope and take it to post office.
(6) Paste your To address with wes reference number is must on trancripts cover.At the back side paste the postal form and fill all details ,get back to counter and get it signed and stamped. After that pay 1400 at postal for speed post, then send it.
Ps: Be early to university as 9 A.m to 1.30P.m will be the good time to finish things off.

This procedure is followed by JntuH in March month. If you proceed without these steps ,they will simply reject every thing and make you roam for days.

U can follow any procdure of allpying online transcripts,but be sure u may face rejection at wes,if you dont have jntuh attested Arr

What all transcripts do we need to apply only cmm and pc is enough or individual mark memos of each semester?

I applied for the Transcript through online service of JNTU H 2 months back, I was not knowing that we need to go in person and submit WES request form and also the signed WES request form from college which doesn't make any sense.
As I'm in Canada and I have no one to go to JNTU H in person. Is there any alternative way that I can get my Transcripts sent to WES from JNTU H.

Do anyone provide service for submitting documents on my behalf at JNTU H ?

I have done the same process for my WES-Masters degree and i received the same message asking for submitting additional required docs mentioned on website home page i.e..ARR 2 copies but u mentioned that u had spoken to a person is he from examination branch or from which branch as i have to do same so if you can share those details will be quiet helpful.

Also did JNTU finished printing ur transcripts and posted them to WES?How long it took them to finish the process?

And i have also requested transcripts along with WES application and send directly to WES canada. But now status is PRINTING (from 10 days)

I'm using Gmail account and email has been verified after account creation but for some gmail accounts OTP is not getting received, happened with my wife's account she didn't received otp for verifying her account so just use your mobile for verification as the same is getting posted for mobile as well.

So your status shows transcripts are getting printed did u submit ARR forms or not? when did your status changed i mean after how many days please post your actions after submitting the request so it might be helpful.

And then status changed to PAYMENT_APPROVED after 24 hours and counting from the staus changed again after 24 hours the status changed to PRINTING. It means after 2 days of my payment the status changed but it is still showing the same from past 12 days and haven't recieved any SMS/email for any documents submission.

Yes even today my status got updated to "Printing" so please post your status if anything gets changed.
