What have you all done? Final touches have been made.. We're officially sending out tomorrow. How should I send it?

I sent Purolator express yesterday. They will get it today

Yes, I would recommend "delivery signature required" so you know an actual person received it. It will be several weeks before CIC acknowledges they have it though (AOR1)
