The reality is.........Plz dont sent additional documents'with application,
Because ,that needs special cross checks, which takes ages......
And it bothers to citizenship officers.

There is a say ( the more more you dought the more less trust )on both sides either from you, or on officer.

For those before maybe July 2014 (I don't remember when exactly) when the application asked you for Work Documents under 6. F there was natural tendency to include a couple of "relevant" documents on the work front.

But at some point the CIT application was updated and no longer asked for work docs to be incl. with application.

WHo knows...maybe that was some pilot too ..to see Application review metrics after pilot ?

At the end of September they changed the form.
I sent my application Sep 29 and used one of those forms requiring the work records, but did not send them as I just missed reading that.
Everything went fine with application; so even with less documents is not really sure what actually they want, when and from whom.

So after this discussion... For seniors should we submit extra documents with the application or not ( especially passport stamps)

I didn't enclose any additional documents but only required ones.
And I didn't receive RQ and I am waiting for ceremony oath.
No one could tell what is better way. it could be all depending on applicant case.

We only submitted what was requested.

I've read that some people sent extra documents and still received the RQ asking for what had already been sent.

So, maybe they don't even look at the extra documents.

You can always have the documents prepared to be sent if you receive an RQ.

Guess you're not a Seinfeld fan.

I am very quiet. Do you know the meaning of quiet?

why most of applicants who decide to submit extra documents they add T4 ROS letter from employment. but they do not include passport stamps. I think Passport stamps important if someone decide to add extra documents

That's because the decision to submit additional documents is purely based on an applicant's judgment and what they think/feel will help. While you place more importance on passport stamps, others do on work records. With the previous requirement to submit work documents, and the talk of tax documents being mandatory in the future I think more people are choosing to go that route. Also, most people have work documents readily available, while passport stamps may require a little more effort such as translation and copying multiple pages.

For "routine" applications, I don't think it's necessary to include extra documentation.

However, if there's anything "off" in your application, such as, an extended absence outside Canada (say, 6 months in your home country), then it may be beneficial (albeit arguably) to include some documentation on **that absence** to help support your explanation for the same.
