Sending Additional Documents? + FBI clearance

So, my common law partner and I had obtained his background clearance from a 3rd party channeler right before CIC decided to no longer accept background checks from channelers. We went ahead and submitted our application in the meantime, and have now received our official FBI clearance. So far our application has made it through SA, and has now been forwarded to the Ottawa office. Should we go ahead and submit the FBI clearance, or wait for CIC to request it? Don't want to do anything to confuse/delay the process.

This exact thing happened with me and my husband. We sent it with our channler and once I received SA I sent it a few weeks later and just made sure I got someone to sign for it
