Sending additional documents after AOR

Hi Guys n Gals
I know this is a simple question and has been asked before and Is somewhere on the forum. Ive been trying to find it but no luck so far. Pls don't get mad at me for asking this... JES_ON & from_mumbai go easy on me
I received a duties letter from my past employer finally after so long. And I want to send it to CIC or Ottawa to add this to my current application. Where and how do I send it.
I already got my AOR on march 27th.
Thanks a lot guys.... Promise I wont ask silly questions like this again

I think u can attach it and send to their email. also include a detail explanation of what ur sending and why ur doing so. Remember to quote ur full name, reference id number and ur date of birth. The email is ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca. All the best

yes dear, u can send additional documents any time before a decision is made. The AOR letter says to quote reference number in any future correspondence . Just explain what ur sending and the reason why ur sending it.

Isin't if you get the updated reference letter, you should send it via mail/courier instead of email, since you can send original.. !

not required to send the original. The VO will ask the applicant at a later stage if an orginal is required.

nope, photocopy is very acceptable unless otherwise indicated. All my documents was photocopied and originals kept except police check and IELTS. u only send original when indicated and in this case, reference letter should be photocopied.

sorry im back with another question :'(
I scanned my doc but the cover letter ..can it be written on the email body itself or do I have to word doc it print it and scan that as well while attaching the document???
