Sending additional docs (Employee Letter) to CIC

Dear Friends,

I submitted my application with just work permit documents as employee reference letter and got the AOR. Now my employer provided me a letter for PR, which I am planning to submit the same to CIC. I searched on the forum and was not able to find sample cover letter.

Can someone please share the details/sample cover letter I should be writing along with employee reference letter, and send the same to CPP Ottawa.

Send the documents to:
OttPilot-Immigration@cic.gc.ca

And mention your filenumber, name and DOB and just tell them to
attach the ref letter to you file.
