I need a suggestions:
If One was having a self owned company (Partnership form) in India for around 6 Years from 2008 - 2015, but since 2015 the company has been closed and dissolved, how can I show that I was partner in the firm ( employed under the NOC 0601 - Corporate Sales Manager)
Plz note that since then, the Bank Accounts are also closed.
Need to check, what all documents are required to show the proof for the NOC code?
Also, for Year 2015-2017, while working for another company, the salary was Cash in Hand and no salary slips available, however, I have Company offer letter, releaving letter, etc.
What all documents are required to be shown to SINP to show I was working for the company. Is Offer letter sufficient.
PS: for this company, I can request the company owner to give me letter of my responsibilites and duties. The company is still in operation and the owner can vouch for me.
