I still can't get IRCC to update my portal and remove the request letter addressed to another individual. It's been a week and a half now, and the deadline for me to submit docs is approaching fast (8th March). But I don't know the details of which docs to submit, since I don't have the right request letter.

I've emailed London, webform, and called IRCC twice in Canada.

Don't know what to do.

Re UK Police Certificate, if it doesn't show up in time just sent a proof that you have applied. (email screenshots). Then follow up with it once you got it.

I have the old forms that I submitted on the paper application as digital versions. But I can't sign the PDF digitally. So how am I supposed to submit a valid updated doc on the portal when I can't sign it?

Glad you got it sorted out. Definitely send a webform that you applied for the police certificate (and possibly attach screenshots as proof).

I've got them but they are secured forms, so I can't attach a signature to it where it says to sign. What did you do?

Not sure. I only had to update one form and I’m not sure that one had a signature. I just opened the old one on my computer, edited it, and re-saved it as a new file.

The initial fee you paid would have been $1575 if you didn’t include the RPRF or $2075 if you chose to pay it upfront (it increased by $15 in 2022 to $515).

Thanks all. Just waiting for the UK police certificate to come in, then can submit. Had to submit the PDFs without signatures as there's no way to sign them.

they send out that RPRF as a part of the template. If overpaying twice, you could request a refund anytime during or after the decision.
