My case had been refused in October due to I didn't submit documents they asked for.. They ask me for 2 years experience and I show them only one year experience and last three years I was running my business manually like paper work..
I want to apply again is that possible to apply again
As far as I remember you hired an agent and they did not follow up your case properly? Did they compensate you for the time loss etc?
IMO if you are clear about the reason for rejection and you are confident that you can overcome those right away, you may apply again (please ensure there's no restriction period first)

Hi guys,
Thanks to everyone who showed a great spirit and answer my questions.
finally, I sent my application. I'm waiting for AOR. best of luck to us all

1. Have you read the form IMM0008 Schedule 6A thoroughly?

Q12 on Page 3 of 4
'Do not provide supporting documents at this point. If necessary, you will be asked to provide supporting documentation later on in the process.'

Q12J on Page 4 of 4
'You must submit with your application a narrative document bearing...... Do not provide supporting documents with the narrative.'

"Accumulation of Funds
Provide a document bearing your signature and description on how you accumulated your present financial resources, both family and business. "

I am pretty sure you've missed all the other members' previous replies here.

Hi, I just sent in our application but forgot to sign the narrative for accumulation of funds. Is there a possibility that my whole application will be sent back to me, or they will just ask me to upload the signed narrative again online? All the other application forms I and my husband were able to sign. It's just the narrative that doesn't have my signature.

I do not have an answer to this.. would you consider mailing a signed version right away?

They will ask as additional document I think. Whats your NOC and which country you applied from?

I could do that, I think. But I was kind of a little relieved when I read the application guide again and saw that Schedule 6A narrative had no "If you do not sign and date, the application will be returned to you" clause. The only ones that have it are the General Application Form, Additional Dependants Declaration Form, Background/Declaration Form, and Declaration of Intent to Reside in Quebec Form. I hope that bodes well for me...

That's what I was hoping they would do, online. My NOC is 5135 as I am a voice over artist. I applied from the Philippines.

Hii guys, I have couple of queries... Can we claim points for correspondence bachelor's degree or not? Can we attach property under the name of parents in our total net worth, and if yes, do we need any affidavit from parents for this?

Fixed assets like Property has to be in the applicant name.. Uncumbered in your name

Please how about land bought from a third party? Will deed of assignment accepted? Since change of name on title in some areas could be a bit difficult. Also power of attorney if presented, will help to validate the ownership?

Hi all, I hope this message finds you well in your respective journies into Canada!

Quick question to all those before me:

My partner (a freelance editor) and I (writer/author) are wondering if it is required to have a university degree. I'm sure they benefit the applications, but are they mandatory?

Cheers, and here's to wishing you all a happy, healthy, and exciting New Year!
