Could someone who has gotten through the process take a look at my funds/net worth and let me know if this looks ok or if I should be concerned?

Net Worth: $292,673 (CAN)
Landing Funds: $40,000 (CAN)
I have a family of 5 and the guidelines for the self-employed stream seem so arbitrary, so I don't know if they'll see that as decent fund-wise or not?

A lot of our landing funds are from a inheritance that we received. Will that work against us?

110 k cad liquid and 300k cad net worth as of date,, more inheritance family property after a few years

A large portion of the net worth is in a money market account/IRA....which we can access but it would be with a tax penalty.

In my business narrative I explained that with the nature of my business, I would need very little funds to actually get the business up and running, as I already own the equipment necessary and therefore would just need to invest in marketing.

$40,000 (CAN) for landing funds seems not enough for a family of 5 especially during pandemic when lots of local Canadians lost their jobs. I'm a family of two, I was suggested by a consultant to prepare at least 60k CAD liquid funds. But I prepared 200k CAD landing funds to optimize my Chance to show them that in case the business plan doesn't work well in the first 1-2 years, I can still live well in Canada, not taking locals' job opportunities.
You may calculate the landing funds based on the living expense of your landing city. If you choose Vancouver, then 3000CAD monthly living expense for a family of 5 is very basic.

My lawyer said they base it off the Express Entry proof of funds, which for a family of 5 is $27,315?

Are there any numbers out there that show how many people apply through the Self-Employed Stream? I've seen the numbers that show how many they approve a year (it's....not a lot.) but I'm curious if it's not a lot because no one uses this stream?

Congratulations! Your timeline is really quick and it's very good sign to get an interview invitation. I submitted mine in Jan 3rd 2020 , after the AOR CIO & biometrics there no more progress.
