Selecting different NOC for EE and PNP

Hi:

Can you please tell me whether it is possible to choose different NOC for Express Entry and PNP? Or I have to one NOC only for both?

I want to apply with NOC 4163 for EE and NOC 0124 for Saskatchewan PNP.

Not yet. I opened my EE profile with 4163. My question is if I don't get ITA from this NOC, will it be possible to change it to 0124 later. If yes, how?

If no, may I open a new EE profile with 0124
