same situation here and it looks going up recently , Decision Made, everything completed but you can wait months for oath while some offices send the oath invitation the same day or 2-3 days max

based on above information about last draw, it looks they will only invite people who have job offer ?? so it looks useless for me it is very vague process, no demand Noc no cut off scores no detailed information about who exactly got the invitation and what is their priority items am I right ??
