Thank you so bro
Before leaving Nigeria you should check with a lawyer whether you have grounds to claim asylum. The asylum rate for Nigerians is very low and a refusal can cause problems for any future plans. You will have trouble travelling, working or studying in many other countries around the world.

I also heard that getting TRV does not guarantee entry into Canada, please what are the possible questions? Or the reasons that may make person denied entry?

If Canada does not feel like you are a genuine visitor your TRV could be cancelled while you are in Nigeria. An airline can stop you from going on your flight if they have concerns eg. Heavily pregnant woman and concerns that embassy is unaware that Canada is aware she is heavily pregnant,. When you land you can be refused entry if immigration does not feel like you are a genuine visitor and are planning on working illegally or you are unable to show that you have the funds to support your travel.

As you have sought asylum in Greece, there is virtually no chance of asylum in Canada. Despite taking a long time, you are currently in a safe country. There is no option to apply from outside of Canada other than the UNHCR.
That said, there is the option to immigrate to Canada through one of the available programs if you qualify.
