Secondary Review Petition

We still have a long way to wait I think.

For me:
1. Receive application May 19, 2016
2. Sent correspondence email and start processing July 18, 2016
3. Secondary review email sent Aug 25, 2016.

For my mum:
1. Receive application Sept 6, 2016
2. Sent correspondence email and start processing Sept 23, 2016
3. Secondary review email sent Oct 26, 2016

I plan to travel next March but I don't think I will be able to receive my card before that. I think I will try to ask for urgent processing but I don't know if it will get through. If not, I guess I will have to try apply for PRTD once I arrive my destination.

All. Please don't forget weekly emails on the "secondary reviews taking 18months" to Minister John McCallum, PM Trudeau and multiple local MPs. Bug them every week. We need voice to be heard.

I thought March case she were getting done, but looks like Feb cases not over yet. I was overestimating capabilities of IRCC, but they just can't help themselves and anybody else.

Folks don't forget to send a happy new year greeting to PM, McCallum, MPs along with request to expedite the Secondary review applications and appoint more Citizenship judges so that we don't face same harassment during Citizenship phase.

Here is my timeline:-
1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 24, 2015. (Card expired March 2016)
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 9, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on February 10, 2016.
4. We sent you correspondence on February 12, 2016 (went into SR)
5. Your Permanent Resident card approved on December 10, 2016.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on December 14, 2016.
6. Card received by mail on December 23, 2016

I have more than 850 days before I apply and no, I never lived or visited Middle East before
