Hi, I want to try to apply for urgent processing since I am going for biz trip in March and I don't think I will receive my card before that. Does any one try to apply for urgent processing before? Any idea what is the possibility they will accept the urgent application?

If your trip is related to your job/ business, and you are travelling during 3 wks to 3 months from the date of application, you can apply as URGENT.
but there are no guarantees.
I applied as urgent because of medical illness but it was NOT processed as urgent and is lying in routine.
