Secondary Identity documents - pr renewal application

As for the two secondary identity documents one option is: " your University/College" photo student card. She has a Carte etudiant /student card issued by the Commision scolaire de Montreal and it's for a francisation. It is an adult school for french language but not a University or College. Is it ok?

Since Quebec doesn't issue non driver's license provinical photo-ID cards, we will try to include the RAMQ card (which is Quebec’s Public Health Insurance plan card). What I'd like to do is wait for her most recent notice of assessment. She just filed her taxes for this year late and it will take a while to arrive at her address. She is adamant we apply with what we have and see what happens. So I'll post on here if it works as everything else is in order as I can see.
