SDS Study permit

I applied for my study permit on May 6, and did my biometrics on May 15, which got updated on May 16, alongside my upfront medical which I did in Feburary, my visa was filed under SDS and it's been almost 60 days and I'm still yet to recieve a notification,

My agent has said that this is normal, and is not raising webforms everytime I ask,

My classes start on 3rd of September,
Can I still make it and get my visa stamped from Delhi ?


Is this normal for study permits under SDS to take this long ? Is my agent right for not raising webforms?

80-90% of SDS applications follow normal processing times or take just as long or longer. Doesn’t hurt to send a webform as it takes around 30 days to get to the officer. Most times it doesn’t help. It doesn’t expedite it.

If no response by mid August then think about deferring.
