SDS Refusal for Sep2019...GCMS & Re-application for Jan2020

I got 2nd refusal yesterday night
first refusal was on 6th July. I applied Non SDS on 7th June and Bio on 13th June. Recvd 2 acknw mails and then refusal without medical invitation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marks sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Second refusal on 15th Aug. I applied SDS on 19th July and medical was upfront. Rcvd medical pass on 9th Aug and then yesterday 3 Corrsp letter with refusal.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am B tech and admitted for MENG at Guelph univ. IELTS 7 with no less than 6.5
Consultant IDP, Strong SOP and reasons.

I got GCMS for first refusal and was shocked to see that reasons for refusal were just because they didnt read my application or SOP. I hv applied for GCMS and will apply again for Winter Jan 2020 intake. here its mostly luck if u get good visa officer.

Anyone can help at this point?????

Yes, l can assist you in your next application. Are you sure UoG offer Winter intake? Mine wasn't possible so l had to defer to Fall 2020.

I asked them earlier and they said I am welcome to Defer and apply if required. Now I am waiting for their official confirmation.

right now i have reapplied on 28th june with addressing caips notes,medical passed on 10th july,still reviewing only,hence i am worried about the decision,moment i get decision ,i will inform you,thanks for your reply.
