I did submit the web form
It wasn't of any help tho, they just sent a mail saying that we should just continue to check our status and when the decision will be taken we'll get message. That's it.

mine is also same like yours bio and med both were done before submission. File lodge on 6 October 2023 till now nothing change on gckey same like first day.

If you included a work ex letter or anything work-related, contact your company as IRCC may've put a request to verify their doc with your org.
It does mean that officers now have everything to process, and you don't need to submit anything unless they ask.
I know people who get rejected even after that due to issues in their background verification
I suggest you get in touch with the New Delhi and Bangalore embassies through their mailers
