SDS - Processing Time 2023

My wait is longer than yours. File submitted on 22nd FEB thru SDS process. Biometric update on 27th Feb and Medicals updated on 6th March (review started on the same date). The wait starts from 6th March, till now no update. Waiting like a man chasing the clouds.

did you got your visa approved or any update on your sds application?

I don't know what they are up to, people who applied after me even 10 days after me got there visa under 40 days but here is me waiting for it since 8th December. So it is very messed up we can say as there intake were also may 2024 idk what's wrong with us for which they are taking long. Many people in my country are getting visa rejected after waiting for even 80plus days. So it is very unpredictable. I just hope for the best as i have given them everything they would be needing to allow me to study in there country

Hello, I got approved and currently in Canada now, I got my visa approved on 22nd February and I received my BVL on 21st February

Contact school and ask a) what is the last day you can start classes and b) process for deferral. It is Dec 11, and assume eligibility and background isn’t completed so consider deferring. Also need passport stamped which can take a few weeks.

Usually you just updated through webform with new LOA but ask the school because will depend on if new PAL is required. Also with changes to study permits and PGWPs make sure program is eligible if you have to reapply.
