Its been two months for me and my friends who have applied after me have received it as well... I believe ours is just taking time prolly a strict visa officer has our file.
One question, my representative applied for me. so i believe she is handling my gckey, so can i create another one? I dont know which way representative applied my SDS application. Is there is any multiple methods to apply SDS stream other than GCKEY? sorry if I am asking a lot of questions.
yes do get your login credentials and keep tracking it. I received my decision after 42 days. you can try to call ircc too on their helpline number and talk to an agent. my status said the same that review of eligibility hasnt started yet an then suddenly i receive a decision.
Hi, as my consultant submitted my sds application, so can i create my own gckey? I even don't know if consultant submitted my application using her gckey or a different portal? what's your opinion on it? please advise.

The application was submitted on August 5th, 2024. It has been 11 days, and the application is still not showing up in the tracker. As per IRCC Status " the eligibility review not started yet". I understand it's still in the early stages, but do anyone knows how long it might take for the eligibility review to start? Thanks in advance!

I applied study visa for masters for Sep intake along with my spouse and kid on June 5.. No update other than biometrics as on date.. is it possible that our file is stuck at any stage of the process? Eligibility has not started yet.. what do they verify at background check? We are from India.. medicals doen upfront and passport verification done before visa submission.. all bank statements are from government run banks..
Has background check started? That step is to verify your documents (bank, immigration, language etc.). Given you applied with spouse and child (if child school age then a study permit) this may have slowed down the file. They don’t have to be processed at same time. Assume you paid tuition or showed funds for 3 people plus tuition. Know your university but what program?

This has been the status right from visa submission.. even before biometrics update
Child is of school age.
Paid first year tuition, showed funds for rest of the course, GIC paid, showed separate funds for spouse and kid..
Masters in IT security and AI from Ontario tech university
