Although in most cases (atleast for what I've experienced for Master's applicants) tuition + GIC is sufficient and their approval rates have been better compared to non-SDS.
Right, student direct stream was supposed to be a more efficient immigration scheme. just like many other pilot programs that then became permanent. which nowadays, in reality, all have a different kinds of problems. ( look at TRPR, SUV, GTS)
But there are tools and machines that use historical data and tell you where you stand, whether statistically, SDS has a higher chance or regular. college A or Uni B. and etcetera.
