Hey Ashwin,

I suggest you to reappear for the IELTS again. As the reason you gave in your letter is one type of excuse for them. So, wait for another term, mean while give IELTS and try to achieve bands what they expect, get some experience in management field or do some certificate course. Change your profile significantly and try to link you choice of course to your previous study and interest.

finally i got my caips for the second rejection & i was surprised to know the reason.... its weird


reason:

Prev refusal noted. PA first did a diploma in india, had a lond gap and then went to UK for a masters, unclear how a university took a student without a bachelors degree for a masters program.As per pa's own submissions on application, the university was disqualified for giving out degrees, dont find the document creditable anyways. On balance, I am not satidifed PA was a bonafide student in UK or that he will be one in CA. Refused.


this is bizzare LMU (UK) was a highly trusted sponsor as per UK border agency by the time i had enrolled for masters, and the university liscence was cancelled in June 2012 right after my dessertation. and i got my results in august. so how can the CA high commission judge i wasnt a bonafide student in UK. it wasnt my fault that the univ liscence was cancelled after 1 year of my studies there and it was cancelled due to administrative issues. and the officer took this descision on 15/4/13 however if we check the UKBA website it is stated that on 8/4.13 the university is back and has been given liscence to welcome internationl students for studying.


experts please put in your comments over this.......

Listen Brav take the printout of all the relevant docs you will find from UKBA and all the newspapers regarding your college and attach them in a way that VO will get it without putting his brain into it .............ok and in SOP mention them like as per the (doc 1-attached) my college lost its status after i got into it and attached your offer letter from the college......caipsnotes have increased your chances .....Now you know the reasons and you can work on those to fix it quickly....!!!!!!!!!! good luck Brother

I dont think the officer knew about UKBA removing LMU as a host untill you mentioned it. They became skeptical after that.
