Score in CELPIP

Hi, I am PhD and working in Canada. I am looking for PR, so for i have all around 5 score in CELPIP, Am i eligible to apply for PR through Express entry or should i give CELPIP exam again to get high score. If yes, which exam will be more easy CELPIP or IELTS?

You need at least a 7 in all categories for NOC A jobs. You should retest anyway because it’s the easiest way to improve your CRS score.
