First you have to pick an institution that you wish to attend and apply for it. Once you gain entry you are able to qualify for scholarships and bursaries. Scholarship and bursary information can usually be found on the financial aid page of any institution's website.
Most scholarships are merit-based and often only offered after you have completed your first year because scholarship givers want to see your first-year results. There are very few entry-level scholarships and they are often very competitive with early cut-off dates. Don't expect scholarships to be in large amounts, sometimes they can be as small as $200-300 but you can apply for multiple scholarships. Bursaries are need-based and awarded to those who come from low-income families. So if your parents make a good salary you would not qualify for bursaries.
Once again, check with the financial aid department of the institution once you are admitted to the program of your choice.
