Schedule A question

Hi,

I just received the following message:

Schedule A: Please use the following link to provide details of your personal/education history for the period June 2011 to August 2012. Do not leave any gaps in time.

However, in Schedule A, there are sections, like personal history which asks for past 10 years information.

Am I only supposed to fill in the details for June 2011 to August 2012? Anybody who had faced similar issues?

Please help.

Also, I was studying during this period. I haven't claimed points for this though. Can I also upload the diploma/certificate gained during this period?

Listen, grasshopper..

3 posts in 75 minutes is a bit excessive. People here have other things to do in life..there are different time zones as well. If you cannot wait, get PAID help.

i think you have left gaps in time in your initial application and thats why they wanted information about what were you doing in that particular time period.

if you are not claiming points still write what you were doing.

So sorry for that..was being desperate...I will be careful in future..but it is offensive to call anybody grasshopper...may be not in your country of origin.

I am not sure this is true at all. This is because in the original application, it will NOT let you go ahead with the application at all if there are gaps in time. So this reason never made any sense to me.

I had called CIC helpline..they mentioned that I should only include history in Schedule A for the requested period.

I included only the specific period and included an LOE mentioning that I had spoken with CIC helpline to confirm above.

My background check moved to Not Applicable today.
