Schedule A question

I had called CIC helpline..they mentioned that I should only include history in Schedule A for the requested period.

I included only the specific period and included an LOE mentioning that I had spoken with CIC helpline to confirm above.

My background check moved to Not Applicable today.

I did not have any period requested, just the entire Schedule A to be completed. Don't know what's the difference in terms of reasons.
