SCHEDULE A PERSONAL HISTORY

I cant validate my form because of the red box popping out on *Name of company, employer, school, facility, as applicable. I was unemployed, and according to the guide, you just can leave it blank and that's what i did because its on the guide. Now, what can i do to validate my form? Can i just put "Not applicable"? to finally validate my form. I need your help about this

Just type 'Unemployed' in the 'employer' box.

I have the same problem except that its the DATES in my situation. i can not validate the Schedule A form. it keeps saying, " enter the most recent information first, don't leave any gaps in time" and highlights the most recent date box in personal history. p.s. it only happens when i select "ongoing". it lets me validate the form if i enter an ending date, but that's not true since the activity is still going on and will continue for at least the next three years.

I urge you to use new Schedule A/IMM5669 (06-2017) it has "Ongoing" checkbox:

it doesn't validate if i select on going and if i don't select on going then that would be incomplete information

That's weird. Hmm.. Maybe you have misprints somewhere else in this form besides this section? Have you checked everything?
I have never encountered glitches like that. Even when I had thought I did I double & triple checked and as result was successful in finding issues causing it.

Try to delete this form and start a new one.

thanks a lot, deleting and starting a new one worked (y) it has validated now
First I tried to clear the form I had and re-fill the same one but this didn't resolve the issue, i guess there was something wrong with my form
