Thanks a lot , I saw others experiencing the same situation , and some said they mailed it to CPC-Mississauga , since there are different offices with different postal codes , have you heard about any specific office called as ''Required Documents ''? with the postal code of L5A4H4 ? or should I just send it to the office that I've already sent the application ? (which has a different postal code). I try to call and ask but not been yet successful.
I have not heard of them. Is your application at your visa office already? If not, it should be at Mississauga still [I think] and you can do it via a webform on their website. I would go that route personally.

I was going to do so, then I surprisingly got the request and the upload link in my online account to upload the schedule A and Police certificate :) now I'm waiting for the next step which according to their email should be sending the application to a visa office...

Thank you all to be there in this long journey :)

April 2017 application here.
Just upload it via webform as a technical issue. We waited a month for the request after getting the email saying it would follow 5 days later... ended up wasting a month. The Call centre told us to simply upload it. It was uploaded and confirmed a few weeks later that the webform was received.

We have uploaded a few things via webform throughout the application process without any issues. It does take a few weeks for them to acknowledge it though.
