Good day everyone,

I have received my test date and interview letter next week in Scarborough. Any suggestions from your recent experience?

Thank you
M

it's very easy.

you have 30 minutes to complete your test. Once you're done you go to another room to speak to the officer. They will tell your 'TEST RESULTS' , review your documents they asked in your letter, go through very briefly in your documents and ask you questions like ' where do you work ' , ' do you still live at the same place ", ' are you planning to travel soon " , then they will say to you ' you should receive in the mail the oath letter within 2 to 4 months , and maximum 6 months..however IM STILL WAITING FOR MINE AND ITS BEEN ALMOST 6 MONTHS ! :-) but ihad the RQ ..this is the difference.

Apparently now STC is giving oath letters on the same day of your test.

Can some one please let me know if Health Card and PR Card sufficient enough to provide as proof of I.D at the Test and Interview?

P.S My Health Card is broken I fixed with a tape would that matter? :'( :'( :'(

Thanks!

My drivers license is registered at my friends address who lives in London ON for cheaper insurance purpose. I don't want the officer to get suspicious. That,s why i don't even want to use my DL as an ID at the test.

You can always go to your nearby Service Canada and apply for a new one and usually they give temporary paper one which you can take it with the old damaged one.

Good suggestion i will do that. Thanks

But i don't think they give temporary slip for health cards, thats for drivers license.

using london friend address will might give you RQ, so better correct this

position right away in my opinion decision is yours

Yes i agree, that's why i am going to use my health card as an ID. I called service ontario they said it would take 4 weeks for the new card to be delivered but they will issue a temporary paper slip to use.
