CIC draws you crazy until the last moment. When a decision is made, then there should be nothing left except scheduling the Oath ceremony. Why this is also non consistent. Some applicants get Oath letter few days after 'Decision Made' others weeks or even a month...
Waiting for the end of the journey....

CIC is never consistent. When was your ecas changed to decision made?

I have got my pink letter today.
Oath scheduled for July 13.
I did my test on June 23 in Scarborough

Finally after 42 month , I am becoming citizen
I just want to say thank you to all people
Helped me in this forum.

Again this is my timeline:
Applied jan 2012
RQ June 2012
Assigned to officer :Nov 2014
Test : June 23/2015
Oath: July 13/2015

My husband gave his test on jun 29th, his ECAS is showing decision made today.

I gave my test on April 15th , mine is still in process.

From the posts that I have seen, it seems Scarborough is clearing older applications irrespective of when the test date was, except for a few cases. Perhaps, that is why March test takers and those who applied more recently are stuck waiting for their Oath.....but definitely the process has been faster than previously when folks were waiting 2-3 years. I am just frustrated that I cannot get the exact reason for the wait and the ATIP does not really help.

I felt the same, looks like they are clearing older applications first.

i'm glad they are clearing older applications, so those who've been waiting several years can finish waiting.but cic needs to improve their service for sure. Ecas is helpless, call centre is helpless and ATIP is also helpless.
