CIC draws you crazy until the last moment. When a decision is made, then there should be nothing left except scheduling the Oath ceremony. Why this is also non consistent. Some applicants get Oath letter few days after 'Decision Made' others weeks or even a month...sarezaei said:I had my test on June 4th, and my ECAS status changed to "Decision Made" on June 5th.
