Saudi PCC Query

Hi,

I am currently at CRS 454 and, optimistically, hoping for an ITA in the next few weeks / months ;D

I am from Lebanon and I have been a resident in the UAE for the past 10 years, continuously.

Since February last year, I have been travelling to Saudi Arabia extensively for work purpose. Basically staying in KSA for about 15 days and then go to UAE for 3-4 days.

For all these travels, I am using visit visas to Saudi Arabia and I never had a residence visa.

Now, do I need a PCC from Saudi Arabia or no?
Please note that it is very difficult and very time consuming to get a PCC in KSA and I don't even know if they give PCC for cases like mine, in the first place.

Does the below apply to my case?

"If you do not have current legal residence status in Saudi Arabia, you are not required to provide a Saudi Arabian police certificate. If you are asked for a police certificate from Saudi Arabia, write: “I cannot provide a police certificate for the time I spent in Saudi Arabia because certificates are only available to people who have current legal residence status.”

No you don't, simply because you were never a resident in Saudi Arabia. Just my 2 cents.

Obviously you don't need one because you haven't stayed for 6+ months.

Yes, I have never been a resident there but I did stay more than six months and i am actually going to keep going there frequently for thenext couple of months as well.

How can we have a definitive answer?

if u lived in Saudi for 6+ months consecutively, then you'll need one.

No, I did not even live for one consecutive month in Saudi .

But the total days spent there exceed 6 months.
