i am looking to live in Canada but we have few quastions to be clear and hope you folks can help us out
she is coming to study English for 6 month course and i will get my work permit and try to work as field operator in oil plant ( as i have 10 years of experience in this industry)
if her study finished can we stay as i have a job and extend my work permit?

If you are planning to live and work in Canada, why don't you try to find a work with the help of an legit recruitment agencies. There's a lot of legit agencies out there who can help you to find a job related to your experience or at least similar. Once you have gained canadian work experience, it will help and support you for your PR application up to Canadian citizenship. I strongly disagree with your plan to go as SP for 6 months program.

Finding a job from abroad without the ability to work legally in Canada is very hard. Many of the agencies are either working illegally by demanding money for a job or just scams. There are some sectors where it may be easier to get a job like in tech or in some industries like food processing which most Canadians are unwilling to do. Given that Canadians have difficulty finding jobs in oil and gas it would be unrealistic to be able to get a job from abroad in the field and to get approved for a WP.
