Guys. Don't worry yourself about extra forms. I've done my Mexicans in Riyadh and asked the doctor for it, he said if you face any problems come back and I'll give it to you. But fortunately, after 5 days, my third line was already showing. So didn't need to get anything extra from hospital

Hi paigey,

I had similar case with different country, what you need to do is to take your passport that you used to enter Saudi to the Saudi embassy in Manila and try to obtain the requested certificate( for that you will need an original request letter issued from VO) if succeeded very good.

If not write to your CIC a very polite email explains that you tried to approach the Saudi embassy but they confirmed what is mentioned on CIC website.

and ask for their assistance in that matter.

wish you all the best

Thank you very much! I really appreciate your advise! ;)

Bro, you are asking same query again and again, by this, you are making yourself more and more tensed. Many many people have gone through this stage already and have no issues whatsoever, there is nothing to worry for your medical, if there is something wrong, dar afia will contact you or you will be contacted by CIC itself, and if, In Sha ALLAH, everything goes fine, you will find third line in your ECAS.

Same was told to me and my many colleagues and friends who have undergone medicals in Dar Afia, no one was given any medical info sheet, no one even asked for it, as per my information, no one even sent the medical completion receipt. By doing so, if they get the Visas Stamped then it definitely means that it is not a requirement of CIC...

Prepare for your landing formalities now than to think of medical again and relax yourself... :)

1. Expect no reply :) If no reply, then you will get 3rd line added soon.

2. Yes, as it would be in arabic language, convert it into english and send it in original to them, no need for MOFA attestation to that english translated PCC.

Hi Josa,

for the medical it will uploaded by the clinic within 4 days, after that ( in my case) the third line was updated after one week on CIC website.

you need to ask the hospital to send you medical examination info sheet (for you and your family), after they completed; by email.

the police certificate will be issued in Arabic you will need to translate it.

when you receive the medical examination info sheet copy and the translated PC (original) just send them by courier to VO.

I did something additional, I scanned all the above , the receipt of the RPRF payment and the courier tracking number; and I forwarded by email to VO and they confirmed back by an email.

Don't forget to include your full name and file number and UCI number with the courier .

wishing you all the best!

I think four days timing is limited to those medical centers only which have e-medical facility.

Thanks to everyone for their co operation.
I submitted finger print for PCC on tuesday. Sunday I will get the PCC.
I have a few questions in this matter.

1. As i am going on exit, I am supposed to surrender my Iqama next week. Is original Iqama is needed for the purpose of collecting the PCC or Photocopy will do?
2. After I translate the PCC is it necessary to stamp it from chamber of commerce?

Usually they ask for the Iqama. But if you have your passport it MAY be sufficient. But I would suggest, don't return your iqama until you don't get your PCC.

So far no one has reported that CIC has asked for the PCC translation with CoC stamp. In case if they change their mind later on and ask you submit a translation with the stamp what options you will have then? If its not a big deal then get it stamped by CoC
