Hi

Yesterday I got an email from cic saying that my application has been updated and asked me to login to my account to check the status/message. Upon login, there is no change in status and no new message.

Has anyone faced similar thing before? Appreciate your feedback.

Also, is it worth calling the cic call centre to know the status?

This mail usually comes a day or two after AOR. You probably deleted your AOR mail erroneously. However CONGRATS!

Thanks. I dont think it's got deleted. Checked all TRASH, BIN and SPAM folders. Also checked in other available folders. Its not there.

Hello Everyone..


I am in very bad position. my application received at CIO on 22 feb.

1. I could not able to link my application...
2. By mistake i did not mentioned my email in Generic form.(But later I sent again generic form with LOE Include my email- received at CIO on 24 March)

I am Worry

- is my email updated with my application or not because there is no any application number mentioned.

How to confirm ...?

If not then how I can get the updates ...?

HI, I also missed to write my email address in generic form , But was able to link and . I got AOR too . That's no issue they will send you correspondence you mail by post, But you can ask them to update your email address

I think u r from Sydney,so I am not aware that SVDO sends 2AOR or not.

I had Couriered my file to cic before one month. I notice one mistake just now. I found typo graphical error while filling generic form, Where one letter is wrong in Given name. My given name as per passport is Jiten Sureshkumar , By mistake i wrote Jiten Sureskumar ( H is missing in Sureshkumar ). I am waiting for AOR. What i have to do ? Please guide me .As i raised query to cic and waiting for reply. Do i need to send new generic form ?

Send them new updated generic form asap

I got news of AOR...

I did not received email.. I called CIO and they informed AOR has been sent to my mailing address..
