for form imm0008, if just the signature date is changed compared to the sinp one, do i need to fill a new form and generate new barcode?

This is better to fill all forms again. Be careful about beckground declaration form point numbers 8 and 12

why these two points are tricky?
I have listed all the personal experience and address since i was 18, because my friend just listed the past 10 years history (older than 28 lol) and he got a request to submit schedule A.

i send my file on 19/01/2017 as i can understand from you i should receive the AOR after min of 65 days can reach till 74 days
should i receive the request for medical exam together with the AOR?
