besbi- i m waiting for my AOR......i am from 30th aug batch...got nomination on 26 oct, application received by cic on 21st nov & linked online on 24th nov. now waiting for AOR.

and so we are batch mate then.. aug 30 batch ADR on nov 8 nominated on nov 15 but need to go to home country to get all papers then sent appli on Jan 8... now expecting AOR on April..

• Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008)
• Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
• Supplementary Information - Your travels (IMM 5562)
• Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees (IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4)
• Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)


Also From IMM5669E Schedule A Background Declaration form point 8 in Personal History. Col are less , I have to to fill more col. How do I mention all activity. Do I attached another paper and mentioned on point 8 refer that page?

These are the necessary forms & Papers for PNP PR Paper based (This information mainly based on Practical Experience) :-

1. Photocopy of IELTS. This is better to notarized it. (N.A. for AINP PNP applicants)
2. PCC original. (For all major family member)
3. Photo Frame size 50*70 mm, you may increase it according to get original face size front view (must 1" or 3.5 cm length/height). In one photo of each member, Write information on backside as per Guide. (All family members)
4. Passport first 2 pages, and last 2 pages photocopy and Notarized them. (of all family members accompanying)
5. Nomination, no need to notarized.
6. Birth certificate Photocopy, its English Translation (if other than English) both notarized. Can send National ID without Notary. (All family members)
7. 2 Letter size envelops with hand written self address one in English and one in Native language.
8. The best payment method is Credit card Online Instant/advance payment option, and print & enclose its receipt. For Each Major member $ 550, and minor one $ 150
9. Marriage Certificate and its Translation (If language other than English)

Fill forms According to current circumstances,
1. Generic Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (IMM 0008)
2. Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) Special attention on Step No. 8 Personal History, insert current date in appropriate space, Step 12 Address, Insert Current date appropriate space.
3. Schedule 4: Economic Classes: Provincial Nominees (IMM 0008 SCHEDULE 4) newly sign & date,
4. Supplementary Information - Your travels (IMM 5562) newly sign & date,
5. Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) newly sign & date
6. Check list (be careful about appropriate tick Marks)
7. Translator Affidavit (If any of the documents other than English and use translations)

P.S. :- In case of missing any signature, paper, form, information etc., they will return the packet back after 3 months by ordinary post. I am 5 months late due to this issue, because of some confusion I did not enclose my iElts result. They sent back. During this period my IELTS had expired. I sent my application with updated IELTS and got delivered on 3 Nov. I have got AOR on 17th January, 2017. Whereas my other batch mates are trying to book flight for Canada. So, be careful. I do not have yet the AOR or even have the same situation as yours but I can reply??

anyway since SINP nominated you having such documents, why don't you just send to CIC the same docs?

if in SINP there is no problem, I doubt CIC has...
